The Wonders of Walking in Nature
When we first arrived at Lindemann Heights we were buzzing with anticipation, not only for ourselves but all that we could share with our visitors.
We have 40 acres of private, serene beauty at your disposal, including 20 acres of gorgeous native bush that is subject to a national protective covenant it is that special. There is nothing quite like the vibe you get from nature; it’s a source of relaxation, inspiration and pure ecstasy.
Out here the birdlife is amazing; we have our own stream and we know you’ll think it’s as special as we do.
Enjoy one of our guided walks and bathe in the sweet aromas and sounds of a living ecosystem. Guess what? According to Japanese scientists, not only is fresh air good for you so are things called phytoncides which are the oils that trees and plants release. They use a term called “shinrin-yoku” which literally means “absorbing the forest’s atmosphere”.

Self Defence - Unleash the Power From Within
Self defence isn’t just about learning the physical skills to protect yourself from danger; it’s also great for learning self-discipline, self-control, breathing, balance and also for building confidence. Now, whilst you won’t become a master over-night (nothing is that easy!), our courses are aimed at giving you some real self defence tools and insights about how to recognise danger and hopefully avoid conflict situations in the first place. Before power comes awareness.
Or perhaps you’re looking for something a bit different for your team - a class that will teach them how to respond to challenging situations, the power of feeling in control whilst giving them a life skill that will last forever.
Practicing karate and other martial arts for over 43 years (I was very young!) and now teaching karate I know from personal experience how positive and strong I feel mentally and physically. I see people of all ages improve their sense of confidence, self-worth and strength right before my eyes when they attend my self defence classes. It’s the best feeling in the world.
